At Teach for Romania, we believe that the key to success as a teacher and an education reformist is strong leadership and that excellent teaching is a practice in excellent leadership. This is why we recruit a diverse group of leaders with a record of achievements and we train and encourage them to expand educational opportunity, starting by teaching for two years in a public school.
