Grants

You will be a full-time teacher and receive a full salary and comprehensive health and social benefits from your school district. Moreover, as a student in the Leadership Academy, throughout the two years of Fellowship, Teach for Romania will provide you with an additional grant that will support you in your development as a future leader. As such your total remuneration will be competitive with entry-level graduate salaries in the private sector.
Summer internships
Teach for Romania will sign partnerships with top organizations from the private and public sectors that will support the Fellows throughout their journey. As such, between the two years of teaching, Fellows will have access to a number of summer internships that will give them the opportunity to have a peek at their potential future working lives.
